About Me

With extensive and long-standing experience as an executive coach, organizational developer, and seminar leader, I bring a wide range of knowledge and skills that create sustainable value across industries and sectors.

 

My ten years of international leadership experience encompassed hierarchical, cross-functional, international, and project-based leadership challenges in the global automotive industry.

As an intrapreneur and internal organizational developer within the corporation, my role involved establishing a business unit in Asia, negotiating and finalizing two joint ventures in China, and managing the post-merger integration and operations of a mid-sized Taiwanese company. As an expert in marketing, business development, strategy, and sales, I have successfully addressed diverse business models, markets, and target groups.

With 16 years of international experience in England, France, Portugal, Brazil, and Asia, and language skills in German, English, French, and Portuguese, I bring a valuable international and intercultural perspective to my work.

I approach every challenging situation, both professionally and personally, with enthusiasm, empathy, and an open mind.

My journey began on the soccer fields of Munich, where dreams of a soccer career were born and eventually faded. My athletic ambition transformed into a fascination with the vibrant dynamics of the international business world. The diversity on the field evolved into a curiosity and desire to explore different countries and cultures. This curiosity led me during my studies to the cities of Birmingham, Lyon, Paris, Berlin, and Beijing, where I not only studied international business but also
developed an initial understanding of various corporate cultures and market dynamics.
Academic theory was followed by practice, and for over a decade, I led and shaped marketing strategies, global teams, and business development activities in the automotive industry worldwide, with a particular focus on my long-term bases, Taipei, Taiwan, and Shanghai, China.
My ten-year leadership career was always influenced by an intrinsic need to empower people to become self-determined "on the job," enabling them to act entrepreneurially and take responsibility for themselves.
The brilliance of growth and the beauty of change were deeply embedded in my journey, both professionally and personally. This journey brought me back to Munich, where I transitioned from intrapreneur to entrepreneur, starting my independent career as a business coach and consultant.
The stage of my work is diverse: I collaborate with companies and organizations of varying sizes and types, working with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and ambitious
leaders and employees across hierarchies.
Driven by a passion for continuous development and a commitment to social responsibility, I engage pro bono with innovative programs such as Ashoka gGmbH and Leonhard gGmbH, where the power of entrepreneurship is used as a tool for transformation.
On a personal note, I am the father of two boys (ages 11 and 1), and I love going to the mountains and traveling with them and my partner.
